Delivery may take time. Non-delivery does not remove your consumer rights.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer depending on stock, custom requests and server availability. Your order confirmation will include the agreed delivery period before payment.
Cancellation and order expiry
Item orders automatically refund the undelivered portion after 7 days, or earlier if the in-game order expires. These automatic refunds have no cancellation fee. For purchases paid with crypto, bank, PayPal, Paysafecard or Minecraft money, choosing to cancel early returns 90% of the undelivered purchased value; the remaining 10% is an early cancellation fee. After the full-refund date shown on your order, the undelivered value refunds at 100%. Delivered amounts are excluded and overpayments have no cancellation fee. Crypto refunds use the original coin. Bank, PayPal and Paysafecard purchases return as Minecraft money on the delivery server at the saved purchase value. Minecraft money or item payments retain their saved-value refund on the server used to pay. Money orders remain open until delivered or refunded by choice. The seven-day money refund window runs from the latest merged paid purchase for the same username and server. Refund money remains owed and cannot be refunded again. Existing delivery checks and refund confirmations may take additional time. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Minecraft item payouts from selling
For a sale paid out in Minecraft items, the seven-day delivery period starts when the payout is earned. Missing items automatically refund as Minecraft money on the server used to supply the payment, using the saved payment value for the undelivered portion. Refunds have no fee. Whole in-game money units are paid and any fractional remainder stays recorded.
Delayed or unavailable items
Contact MCMarket support if the agreed period has passed. We will check the order, explain the cause and discuss an agreed extension or an appropriate remedy. If delivery is refused, impossible or still not completed after a legally required additional period, applicable rights to end the contract and obtain reimbursement are preserved. The precise remedy depends on the product and the law that applies.
Cancelling and withdrawal
Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, it is not removed by these terms. For many EU distance contracts the period is 14 days, but its start and any exceptions depend on whether the purchase is a good, service or digital content. A loss of withdrawal rights for immediate digital delivery requires the specific consent, acknowledgement and confirmation required by applicable law; merely accepting general terms or paying is not enough. Any legally required information and withdrawal form must be supplied for the actual order.
Refunds
Cryptocurrency refunds use the original coin and network, with the destination shown in the refund review. Bank, PayPal and Paysafecard purchases refund as money on the delivery server. Minecraft payments refund as money on the server used to pay. Outstanding delivery checks, recipient eligibility and confirmation times can delay processing. Mandatory legal remedies and applicable refund deadlines remain available.
